Kim is a project solution for organizations and companies that value data security and efficient automation.
Instead of relying on external cloud services, you run your AI directly on a Mac Mini or Mac Studio within your own network. Your data always remains under your control.

What Kim Can Do
- Document Review: Checks spelling, grammar, and style; suggests improvements; supports multiple languages; exports as DOCX/PDF
- Document Comparison: Highlights differences, provides summaries, supports multiple languages; outputs as PDF/Text
- Document Summarization: Summarizes one or several documents; supports multiple formats and languages
- PDF Conversion: Converts and combines documents, adds watermarks
- Web Search (optional): Performs research with full report generation and source citation
- Article Creation: Generates well-researched articles on topics of your choice

Apple Mac Mini or Apple Mac Studio provide an ideal platform for local AI applications thanks to their modern architecture — offering high performance, low power consumption, compact design, and maximum data security.
How Kim Works
Send an email to your local Kim system, placing your request in the subject line.
Examples:

Architecture
Kim is a locally operated AI system that efficiently processes documents on modern hardware.
It can function entirely offline—in this mode, the Deep Search (web search) feature is disabled.
When an internet connection is available, access to external content remains filtered and controlled at all times.
Key Feature:
Kim can run completely offline. Without internet, the Deep Search function is unavailable; when online, external content access is always filtered and monitored.
