  • Daily progress notes — plain language, no black box, no surprises

  • Debrief session — I walk your team through it. They own it from there.
  • No dependency — the engagement has a fixed end. The handover is designed to work without me.

How it works

  1. Intake

    You describe the situation. I ask the questions that matter. By end of day one I have a working hypothesis — and I tell you what it is.

  2. Structured work

    Analysis, design, testing, documentation — depending on what the problem requires. Remote as default. Daily status in plain language. The person doing the work is the person you spoke to.

  3. Handover

    Everything documented. Findings, decisions, risks, next steps. I walk through it with your team. The engagement ends. Your team continues.

What makes this different
